2. What data we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect your full name, company or industry, phone number, email address (optional) and your description of interruptions (optional).
During a test call, we collect your phone number, call data, and the recording, transcript and summary of the conversation.
When you visit the website, basic technical data may be processed. With your consent, we also use Meta Pixel and Google Tag. Meta and Google may also process data outside the EU, subject to appropriate safeguards.
3. Purpose
We use the data to process enquiries, carry out test calls, present the service and communicate with you. We use advertising data to measure and improve our ads.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with others for their marketing purposes.
4. Legal basis
Data needed to process an enquiry and carry out a test call is processed to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Recording the test call and the use of Meta Pixel and Google Tag are based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
5. Retention
We keep data about enquiries and test calls for a maximum of 12 months, unless you request earlier deletion or the law requires otherwise.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent.

We protect data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. We may update this policy from time to time; the version published on this page always applies.
